Positive: Centrally located, with beautiful views over the vineyard & down to the ocean. Fantastic outdoor spaces with to relax with lush gardens & lots of thoughtful touches from the host that made the stay extra special. Eg. freshly baked sourdough on arrival, the kitchen stocked with treats such as locally sourced yoghurt, muesli & fresh fruit, fresh flowers inside. The kitchen itself has all the utensils & cooking equipment you need to prepare meals. There’s also a neighbouring Vineyard a gentle walk down the hill where we enjoyed excellent food & wine.
Negative: You can’t drive right up to the front door,there is parking at the bottom inside the gate & then there’s a set of stairs to navigate with luggage. However, this is clearly communicated at the time of booking so we knew what to expect, which was helpful.
Summary: This property is like a little slice of Italy, & the host was extremely welcoming.

Positive: A piece of paradise even if it rained during the 2 days of our stay. We visited during Winter season and a perfect weather for spa. The scenery is still as beautiful in its winter feel. Indeed, our go-to-accommodation to relax in Auckland.
